Yes, they are. While our bakery is not certified gluten free, we do not use any gluten in our facility. We developed all our recipes to be free from gluten and gluten-containing ingredients.

We do not use any preservatives, refined ingredients or conditioners in our products. Freezing our product right after we make it is the best way to preserve the flavour and freshness.

To have the best selection of product, orders must be placed by Tuesday at 9:00 am, to be available for pickup or delivery Thursday, Friday & Saturday.
