Yes, they are. All of our products are made in our bakery.

Yes, they are. While our bakery is not certified gluten free, we do not use any gluten in our facility. We developed all our recipes to be free from gluten and gluten-containing ingredients.

Please check each individual product or give us a shout if you have specific questions about allergens. While our facility is free from gluten, we do use other allergens, such as nuts and eggs in some products.

We do not use any preservatives, refined ingredients or conditioners in our products. Freezing our product right after we make it is the best way to preserve the flavour and freshness.

We do not use refined sugars or alcohol sugars. We use natural sweeteners such as maple syrup, coconut palm sugar, honey, dates and various fruits.

No, we do not and that is a strong commitment of ours. We even source our baking powder so it does not contain corn starch.

No, we do not. We use natural coloring such as turmeric, beet root powder, charcoal, butterfly pea flower powder.

To have the best selection of product, orders must be placed by Tuesday at 9:00 am, to be available for pickup or delivery Friday & Saturday.
If you miss the deadline, don't worry. You may also call ahead and see if the product is available in-store for walk-in.
