This bag includes the dry ingredients for Gus's Bread so you can make your own loaf at home. The home baker will add the liquids and yeast to make their very own fresh bread at home.
Bread mix contains: Arrowroot starch*, tapioca flour*, pumpkin seeds*, brown flax seeds*, coconut flour*, psyllium husk*, salt *Organic.
At home, you will need to add: water, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, honey (or sweetener of choice to proof yeast) and active dry yeast. You will also need: 1- 9" bread pan & Stand Mixer (highly recommended for best results).
